B-CC Fall 2021 Triple Play Weekend:
What is "Triple Play Weekend"? Triple Play Weekend (TPW) is a long-running squadron tradition. Typically held twice a year, in the spring and fall, it is a 2 night, 2 day outdoor camping event with activities encompassing Civil Air Patrol's 3 missions: Cadet Programs, Aerospace Education, and Emergency Services. Here cadets will have the opportunity to participate in exciting activities that cannot be conducted at a regular squadron meeting, while learning more about CAP's missions and bonding with fellow cadets. The activity will conclude with a family picnic to which family members/friends are invited. Please note how many people you plan to bring when you RSVP.
When: 1730-1830 (5:30-6:30 pm) Friday, 15 October through 1300 (1 pm) Sunday, 17 October.
>Arrival for OICs and Staff will be from 1700-1730 Friday. Arrival for all other attendees will be from 1730-1830 Friday.
>We highly encourage cadets to come even if they are not able to attend the entire weekend. If attending for only part of the weekend, please indicate this upon registration for our planning purposes.
>Uniform for arrival Friday is appropriate civilian attire.

>Map of area can be found at the link to the right. When entered into a GPS or Google Maps, the above address will take you to the corner of Snouffer School Road and Turkey Thicket Drive. Note that this corner is NOT your destination. You will need to turn onto Turkey Thicket Drive and continue up the road highlighted in red on attached map. This road will dead end at our campsite.
Cost: $20 per person, cash or check made payable to "BCC-CAP" (if not staying the entire weekend, cost is $5 per meal)
>Cost for those not staying for the entire activity is $5 per meal.
>For B-CC members, payment is due prior to the activity with the exception of those who have made special arrangements with our Finance Officer Capt Jocelyn Santos (ejsmd@msn.com). Payment can be turned in to Capt Jocelyn Santos or Maj Kristen Santos at the squadron meetings, or mailed to 4732 Brightwood Road, Olney, MD 20832. All submitted checks must have name(s) of the attendee(s) in the memo section.
>For guests joining us from other CAP squadrons and the Boy Scouts of America, payment can be turned in upon arrival to the activity or mailed to 1st Lt Jocelyn Santos at 4732 Brightwood Road, Olney, MD 20832. A reminder that all submitted checks must have the name(s) of the attendee(s) in the memo section.

>For B-CC cadets missing gear such as sleeping bags, sleeping pads, etc. the squadron has a limited number available for loan on a first come, first serve basis.
>With this event being at the end of winter, it will be cold. Please plan and pack accordingly.

Additional Notes:
>Please eat dinner before you arrive on Friday as only snacks will be served that evening.
>Cell phones and cameras are the only electronics that cadets are permitted to bring.
>Both male and female senior members (adult members) will be present for the entirety of the activity.
>Squadron Discipline Policy (link on right) will be strictly enforced. Parents/guardians of cadets in violation of this policy may be contacted to bring their cadet(s) home immediately depending on the nature of the violation.
>Leaders of individuals attending from other squadrons/organizations- we request that 1 or more adult members from your organization be present for the duration that your member will be attending.
