The way this is done is as follows:
1. From the email address you want to subscribe, address an email to our Yahoo Group

2. In the body of that email, give your name, grade, and flight assignment.
3. Send the email.
4. Once your request is approved, you'll start getting whatever emails are sent over the list and you'll have access to the list website.
